Review the Start plan and the limits shown for your account, then choose capabilities based on the current plan details.

answer.cloud presents a Start plan for getting started. The current public pricing section describes starting without a credit card, with a hosted answer.cloud URL and tools for publishing an AI-ready site. Check the requirements shown for the operation you are using; the current MCP `create_site` tool requires a card on file. See [current pricing](https://www.answer.cloud/#pricing).

## Choose a plan using current limits

Check the plan details shown for your account before deploying or upgrading. Capabilities and limits can include indexed pages, deployment allowances, custom domains, collaboration, and analytics. The tools can report relevant site limits and remaining deploy allowances; use those values rather than an old pricing table.

Paid capabilities should be selected from the current pricing and account screens. This article does not quote a fixed monthly fee or a no-overage policy because those terms must match the plan actually offered to your account.

## Understand what you are measuring

Human sessions, crawler requests, AI referrals, and on-site chat interactions are different measures. A traffic count should not be assumed to be the billing unit for every plan. Confirm the unit, allowance, renewal period, and any extra charges before accepting an upgrade.
