Find your way around the dashboard

Navigate the Answer Cloud dashboard, choose the correct organization and site, locate CMS, chat, analytics, and account controls, and understand feature gates.

Sign in at [https://app.answer.cloud/users/sign_in](https://app.answer.cloud/users/sign_in) to manage your organization and its websites. Navigation depends on site kind, plan, available data, and your permissions, so a companion account can look different from a hosted-site account.

## Select the right organization and site

The organization menu displays the current organization. When your account belongs to several organizations, use **Switch organizations** to select the one you intend to manage.

For hosted websites, **Sites** opens the hosted site area. With one hosted site, this can go directly to that site's dashboard. With several, the list shows each site's URL, status, and live deployment; select the intended site. Companion organizations can go directly into their CMS rather than show a hosting overview.

Before publishing anything, compare the visible public address with the website you intend to change. An organization name alone may be insufficient when it owns several sites.

## Find the main areas

| Area | Use it for |
|-------------------|--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
| Dashboard | Recent activity and items needing attention, including conversations or staged content when available |
| Sites | Hosted site identity, deployment history, and hosting controls |
| CMS | Configured collections and content entries |
| Chat | Website conversations and follow-up review |
| Analytics | Traffic, bot activity, referrals, chats, and agent logs |
| Organization menu | Settings, integration details, developer connections, account access, and billing links when available |

Some AI tool links display **Pro** when the current site does not have access. Following a gated link does not mean that data is lost or that the integration is broken; check the site's [plan](https://www.answer.cloud/docs/account/plans/).

In Analytics, consolidated reports such as **All traffic**, **User bots**, **Training bots**, **Referrals**, and **Chats** appear when finalized reporting data is available. **Agent logs** provides the raw-event inspection path. Read the reporting window before comparing totals.

The AI Tools menu groups Chat, CMS, and Analytics; CMS is selected in this example.

## Dashboard tasks and agent tasks

Use the dashboard to review conversations, manage configured content, inspect deployments, and handle browser-based account actions. Use your coding agent for source changes, local builds, deployment packaging, and larger content or reporting workflows.

The organization menu includes **MCP setup** and **GitHub** under Developer. It can also show **Settings**, **Integrate**, **Invite**, and plan or billing controls according to your access. Administrator-only tools are not part of the normal customer workflow.

## If something is missing

First check the organization, selected site, feature availability, and whether data has been collected. If the correct site is absent after account setup, ask your agent to verify access with `list_organizations` and `list_sites`, or contact [support](https://www.answer.cloud/docs/account/support/) with the public URL. Do not create a replacement simply to make a new dashboard entry appear.
